TV Drama Pitch – fantasy genre
Our coursework task involves coming up with our own idea for an original television drama that you have created. This must follow the conventions of the fantasy genre and show that you have thought about how to meet the brief and aim your production at the family target audience.

A dark figure chases a girl through crowded places and leads her into a forest to capture her and curse her for life.

I am going to se the idea of witchcraft and magic to fit in the fantasy genre
Narrative disruption – what will happen in your scene to develop the narrative? What will the audience learn about the characters or story?
As the girl walks through a crowded place, she's going to keep seeing a dark figure appear in the corner of her eyesight. She thinks to hide and run into a park which leads to a forest but little did she know that would be the biggest mistake of her life as that's where the dark figure's secret lair is.
The audience will find out the magic of the dark figure and what it will do to torture the girl.

Crowded area: to show that the girl is a normal teenager living a normal life
park/forest: to show mystery and fantasy using magic and witchcraft

Back clothing for dark figure, selfie stick to get high angled shots, perfume or some substances to mimic magic potions
